It was quite the battle among the top two Dragons at CRW this year.
Tommy James , racing on USA256 Scamp won the first 3 races on Day 1 with Mark DeYoung on USA277 Chauvinist taking second spot in all 3 races. Chauvinist stormed back on Day 2 to win all three races with Scamp taking second spot. It was 3 races of nonstop tacking and gybing duels and it came down to the very last second where Scamp was overtaking Chauvinist. The finish was called by the Race Committee with Chauvinist ahead by 6 inches.
